At EVR ÉLAN, every piece is created with intention. We believe the experience of receiving your order should reflect the same care, quality and attention to detail that goes into our designs.

Order Processing & Production
Our Still Becoming Collection is produced on demand, meaning each garment is prepared specifically after an order is placed.
Our Signature Cream hoodie features premium embroidery on the front and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing on the back.
Estimated production time: 2–5 business days.
This is separate from shipping time. Production may occasionally take longer during busy periods, due to product availability or where additional preparation is required.
Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays.
UK & International Shipping
EVR ÉLAN is a UK-based brand serving customers in the UK and selected international destinations.
We work with specialist production and fulfilment partners to prepare and dispatch our garments. Orders may be fulfilled from the UK or another international location depending on product availability and destination.
Estimated shipping times after dispatch:

UK domestic shipments: approximately 1–8 business days.

International shipments: approximately 1–20 business days, depending on the destination and shipping service.
These are general estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. UK orders dispatched from an overseas facility may take longer than domestic shipments.
Your total delivery time includes both production and shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery destination, order contents and available shipping options.
Any shipping charges applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout before payment.
We currently deliver to destinations supported by our available shipping services. If shipping is unavailable to your location, checkout may not offer a delivery option.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information where available.
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes or additional clearance fees may apply depending on your country and local regulations.
Where applicable, charges collected by EVR ÉLAN will be displayed during checkout. Additional charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient before delivery.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an international order.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience, circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery schedules.
These can include customs processing, severe weather, courier disruption, public holidays or unexpected production delays.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate and assist.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before confirming your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, although changes cannot always be guaranteed once production or dispatch has begun.
Multiple Shipments
Occasionally, items within the same order may be fulfilled at different locations and arrive separately.
Where this happens, available tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
Missing or Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact EVR ÉLAN with your order number and relevant details.
We will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where required.
Your legal rights regarding delivery and faulty goods are not affected by this policy.
